March 19th, 2010 To Whom It May Concern, This past July, 2009 my wife Cheryl and I enlisted the services of Melanie Boles to locate a suitable townhouse property that we required to purchase for our daughter and grandchildren. Due to time constraints on our part on the first night of meeting Melanie she went out of her way to meet with all three of us on a Saturday night forgoing a previous family commitment of which was very much appreciated. In preparation to our meeting we had explained in detail exactly what we were looking for and had identified the area of which we wanted to concentrate on. Melanie took the time to review all of the available listings in the specific area and e-mailed us several properties that she felt would meet our requirements. One thing that did make it easier was with each of the properties that were supplied to us, she made sure that they were all supplied with virtual tours and pictures of which made it much simpler to narrow our search down while at the same time being able to review and discuss the properties in the comfort of our own home. When we narrowed our search down to three properties Melanie also supplied us with comparable sales information within the area to ensure that we were well informed when we finally made our final determination on the property. The one thing that very much stands out in my mind is her excellent negotiation skills on our behalf as although the property that we did purchase was already priced under the market value, Melanie was still able to negotiate the purchase price even more favorably for us. In addition, Melanie also assisted us with obtaining a home inspection also at a very reasonable rate and on the day of our possession of the property, she cheerfully met us there with not only a lovely house warming gift, but as well a redeemable coupon covering the cost of having the homes locks rekeyed for our additional security. In my opinion, Melanie went above and beyond what we had expected and should the need arise again for a realtors services, she will be the one and only that we will call.
